One of the 3 restored apts of my family's residence (1895) with unobstructed sea views of the venetian port and marina. At walking distance from the residence you can visit historic sites of Rethymno (Rimondi fountain, mosques, old churches, Venetian houses), wander around the stone paved alleys of the old town, discover romantic cafes and the finest restaurants in town.

Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

At the first floor with private entrance from the narrow stret, with seaview, this beautiful and cozy studio is situated in the heart of Kalyves old town and is just a 1 minute walk to the village center and beautiful Kalyves beach. Ravi Studio 2 can accommodate up to 4 people with one king size bed and one convertible sofa and have it’s own private bathroom, kitchen and balcony with sea view. Upon request we could help you rent a car for a good price with pickup and dropoff at Chania Airport.

The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
