Recomand! Locuința este frumoasă, exact ca în poze și este curățenie. Gazda este de asemenea foarte amabilă și prietenoasă.

Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Großzügiger Außenbereich und ruhige Nachbarschaft! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber gleichzeitig nicht weit entfernt von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und auf alle unsere Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub sucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

Liebevoll gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Haus mit Allem was man braucht bis zu Grundprodukten wie Wasser und Gewürzen sowie Waschmitteln. Es gab einen schönen großen Tisch im Freien mit Überdachung für den gemütlichen Abendausklang. Gepflegter Garten mit schöner Beleuchtung. Konstantinos war vor Ort als wir ankamen und gab uns Tips für die Umgebung. In Fussnähe gibt es nicht wirklich etwas empfehlenswertes, ein Auto ist daher unbedingt notwendig. Mit diesem kann man innerhalb einer halben Stunde sehr schöne Strände und Beach-Clubs erkunden. Große Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-Out. Great place! The perfect location for a short stay, close to everything we needed and he let us check in much earlier. The only downside was the air in the building outside of the apartment was very difficult for me to breathe with my asthma.

A lakás gyönyörű tiszta és rendezett volt. Első perctől kezdve otthon éreztük magunkat. Az ágy kényelmes, a szoba fényes és tágas. Nagyon szép, barátságos, békés és biztonságos helyen van ahonnan könnyen megközelíthető akár gyalog is a nagyobb szuper marketek Lidl és Skavenitis. Az utca végén 5 perc sétára van a tenger. A ház előtt van a buszmegálló és könnyű parkolási lehetőség. A fotókon nem látszik, de van két szép erkélye. Sajnálom, hogy nem töltöttünk ott több napot. Legközelebb, ha Thesszalonikiben járunk határozottan ezt a helyet fogjuk újra választani! Mindent köszönünk szépen! 🙂🥰

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Flasche Wein und Snacks als Willkommensgruß gratis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Haustür hakt ein wenig.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

A lakás nagyon szépen berendezett, hangulatos, minden igényünket kielégítette. Külön kiemelném a teraszt, amit mindenki szeretett.

Bardzo dobrze położony apartament, blisko sklepu i drogi głównej, a jednocześnie kilkaset metrów do plaży. Czysty i chłodny w upalne dni. Cisza I dwa tarasy. Dobrze wyposażony w przybory kuchenne.

Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour de 3 semaines chez Ioannis et Christos. L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos, très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Même s'il se trouve sur une des principales avenues de la ville, l'isolation est suffisamment bonne pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit. La communication a été fluide et amicale avec Ioannis et Christos, que j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer brièvement: ils m'ont donné de précieuses recommandations et ont tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable. Je les recommande vivement.

Maria was very friendly we spend a few days at this amazing apartment you have everything you need! Everything was in excellent condition. In case you need any help she was always reachable and responded immediately. And the view was obviously amazing !!! Sunrise and Sun downer was stunning !

Though small, the apartment was very clean and had what we needed; it would have been nice to have an electric teapot to heat water, vs. heating it on the stove. Everything was very clean; the bed was comfortable. The windows open and they had SCREENS! WiFi was fast and stable - beach boardwalk was nearby (I think that it is a bit farther than stated in the ad, but still easily walkable)

We had a great experience at the apartment. It is an incredibly comfortable place. The bathrooms were very well equipped. The bedrooms were also very well equipped. It felt like home coming back at the end of each day. Location is terrific walking distance to everything including Public Transportation. This is one of the best Airbnb’s. We’ve ever stayed at.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.
