My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

The traditional cretan stone house “Roumpis” is located in the wonderful, picturesque, quiet village of Kampani, in Chania. It was initially built in 1920, and was recently renovated. It combines the comfort of a modern house, with the unique feeling of a stone house, which has to be experienced to be believed, and will, susequently, never be forgotten. The house is located in the middle of a 2500 square km yard, which is full of traditional cretan herbs and flowers and an Olive Grove incide.
