The villa enjoys a unique rural location . Set on a private plot of 4,700 sqm, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere ! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway.Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.
