The property fronts the lake and you can wonder down to the Karagita Public Beach and go for boat rides to Crescent Island and buy fish off the fishermen.

It's perfect, centrally located in a quiet flower park neighborhood , the mall and town are just a few minutes away. There's a club house (5mins walk) with good food, gym ( temporarily out of service) , pool and bar too that guests have full access to but at a small fee.
