Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. Luxury Pool Villa, Split Area– 8 Guests

Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

This recently renovated historical 3 storey house, is situated right in the centre of Kastel Stari, precisely in the main square Brce, built in the 16th century, this house has maintained it’s amazing stone-walled feature which gives the house that true traditional feeling. The house is less than 100 meters from the beaches, stores and restaurants, and also a short driving distance to the two major cities protected by UNESCO, Trogir and Split.
