A New Eco-stone villa with private pool near the village Gerani of Rethymnon, with breathtaking view to the Cretan sea. Villa is 135m2 area in 2000m2 field area builded in 2015 with stonewalls. Villa has solar panels using energy from the sun. We are cooling/heating the floor with thermal pump. The area is very quiet and away from the village (local food, taverns, cafe, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) 800m. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms full equipped kitchen large dining areas ensure a luxury vacation.

Kick back and relax at Mello House. This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

Wir vermieten hier die zweite und etwas größere Wohnung, Apartment "Pali" in unserem schönen kretischen Steinhaus. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafräume, einen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Wannenbad. Im Wohnbereich steht ein typisch kretisches Sofa, auf dem auch geschlafen werden kann. Apartment "Pali" is the second flat of our house with two sleeping rooms, an open kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony with wonderful mountain view.
