This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida, which is accessible by car. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house.

It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στη μέση ενός λόφου, 5 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία των Ποισσών με μεταφορικό μέσο (μισή ώρα με τα πόδια) και 15 λεπτά από την Χώρα (Ιουλίδα), πρωτεύουσα του νησιού.
