This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο σπίτι μας! Παραδοσιακή καθοικιά, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη για να προσφέρει διαμονή μέχρι 4 άτομα στην περιοχή Πλάκα στις Ποίσσες Κέας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στη μέση ενός λόφου, 5 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία των Ποισσών με μεταφορικό μέσο (μισή ώρα με τα πόδια) και 15 λεπτά από την Χώρα (Ιουλίδα), πρωτεύουσα του νησιού.

Η καθοικιά, όπως λέγεται ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος κατοικίας, λόγω της αρχιτεκτονικής , διατηρεί χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες τους θερινούς μήνες και υψηλότερες τους χειμερινούς. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο υψηλότερο βουνό του νησιού, τον προφήτη Ηλία.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
