We loved our 5 night stay! We came to see the Sandhill Crane migration- which did not disappoint. This is one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed it. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Cecelia and Walt have thought of every detail to make their guests feel at home. We really appreciated how everything was labeled and thus easy to find. Since we don't eat out much, we appreciated having a well equipped kitchen. The property is lovely and we enjoyed walking the trails. A blizzard hit on one of our days -knocking out travel. We were comfy and cozy while the storm raged. I highly recommend Rustling Slopes Retreat!

From start to finish was a wonderful stay. Was above and beyond what we expected. Was our first stay in an Airbnb and this place has now set very high standards for our future adventures. Will stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. The location was a couple of turns off of a major highway, but it was located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and Susan was very responsive.

We needed a nice place to stay after a long day of activities at the fair grounds! A huge bonus was the house was so close to the fair grounds! It was also close to Walmart and other needed shopping! The house was clean, beds comfortable, each room had a fan which was a big bonus! Would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our needs. It was cute and had everything we needed for a great stay. Jade is very accommodating and responds to emails very fast. Everything was great! We will come back and rent this place again.

Beautiful and great layout. Had enough space for my large family of adult children and grandchild. Fun space. Loved the downstairs and garage. The "kids" could stay up late, play pool and hang out without waking the baby and letting the grandparents get some sleep. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Will come back.

It is easy to see why so many people have had an excellent experience here. Great vibe inside with several thoughtful, unique touches in decor. I especially enjoyed the working record player with several albums - John Denver! - in the living room. Neat place that made for a great stay.

Very cute and homey! We were in the area for the annual Sandhill crane migration so did not spend a lot of time at the house. But it was lovely to come back to such a charming house and comfy beds after a long day of birding. The light sleeper in our group did get woken up by the nearby train tracks but not so much to not want to come back next year.

Our new favorite spot when visiting the area! Great for anyone wanting a more comfortable stay. Host includes Netflix, Hulu and the workout center which was a bonus

Laura's cottage was exactly as described, very clean, safe, affordable and cozy, totally enjoyed our stay. will definitely recommend to friends and family. Also got to meet local game and parks officer ( matt) very friendly and a few others I town, Johnsons bait and tackle is where we got fishing license and park permit, very friendly folks...I'd give the whole experience a 10 star review if possible...thanks Laura

The second time we have stayed at Christy's place. Very nice neighborhood and great accommodations. Highly recommend!!
