The host immediately greeted us as soon as we finished booking. The instructions and guide given were very clear and helped us check in. My family is very happy and comfortable living here. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The place is beautiful Easy walk to cafe and eating places although we did not manage to go out as much . We brought our elderly parents and they love that beautiful scenery facing the sea . Overall we love the place and wish we could come back and stay much longer

Whole stay is great! alot of f&b to choose... great sea view just the glass abit dirt so cnt get a clear view. check in abit blur... the letter box is at down car park area ..

Great place, comfortable, close to everything, friendly staff, free laundry, free filtered water. Highly recommend! One thing to note is that they no longer have live music or open mics due to impacts of covid on business.

Great place to stay. Staff are excellent and ever willing to help! Clean and I would definitely stay again. The live band is amazing too.

Really cool space. We went in the quiet season, but the atmosphere was still really cool and the location was great.

The Airbnb had a really cool bakery. The space had lots of meeting areas. It was very clean and was what I expected.

A unique place! Loved the local restaurants including the Kim Haus. I'm going to miss their grilled chicken pesto pasta! This place is not for everyone but it's great fun for an adventurous nomad. Musician's might take advantage of open mic nights to work on their craft. I recommend using the free public YES wifi during peak evening hours for a more stable streaming experience. Free water cooler and laundry was a very nice touch!

Great location. Walkable distance to many things. I walked to Gurney within 1 hour if that is of interest. Everything else is about 30 minutes for good food. Good value but you will walk up stairs and the rooms are small. So if you are looking to sleep only, this is a good spot. Nice lounges and provides laundry facility with detergent. Water station for you to drink in hot days.

All okay , should repeat again bcs the place so nice, nearest econsave , subaidah and pertol pump . Such a spesific area . But for check in , the guard was so rude and need to improve and respect guest that pay for the rent . Who ever who is the guest , we pay for it. And also the wifi need to upgrade and makesure the connection detect and can use for any suitable phone.

Except for parking, everything else is good. Thank you Host! ;)

I used to check in with Joal host many times. Television has improved. got netflix, YouTube and so on. really love it

Second time staying with Joal. Amazing place as always, easy to find parking, close to a lot of day-to-day places.

shower water small, should improve on it and door is not soundproof
