You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. Built in 1880 this newly revamped home has an open concept full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Wood flooring and 12-foot ceilings throughout. Close to downtown, Miami Valley Hospital and the University of Dayton. Within walking distance to shopping, dining and much more.

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 sofa that could sleep two people if needed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
