Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Beautiful ocean views and great local recommendations from the host! Some aspects of the interior were a bit dated, but with multiple areas to enjoy the outdoors (offering full shade to full sun and everything in between), we didn't do much inside except sleep. Kids spent hours per day in the pool and adults most enjoyed lounging on the jetty with 345 degrees of ocean views. Board games (and a ps3) were available for the occasional down time. The location allows for a feeling of privacy on the ocean while offering many hidden gems for dining and activities nearby.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was couldn't get any better. We brought our boat and property was perfect for that. We are already starting to plan for next year!

Our family of 8 stayed for a week and found the accommodations absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved the ceiling fans and feeling the ocean breeze through the sliding screen door at night. Plenty of closet space to unpack and the outdoor living area was a dream. We played shuffleboard and grilled out a lot. Excellent lounge chairs made stargazing a delight. Great shower pressure and plenty of towels provided. Washer and dryer worked well, as did all of the kitchen appliances. Only 3 out of the 4 bikes were useable; one of them needs a tune up; handlebars were loose and made riding unsafe. Be warned there are no bike helmets. We didn’t use the paddle boards or kayaks because it was a very windy week and the current was strong but they looked to be in good repair and there were multiple life jackets and water shoes and pool noodles available. Loved the pool and beach access at the clubhouse!

This home was great! There was six of us staying in this rental. It was spacious for all of us. We loved sitting outside on the patio by the canal. We were able to walk to a local restaurant, beach and pool. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall a great stay and Mary was an excellent host!

We had a great time at this location. They had everything we needed and Key Colony is a perfect spot to vacation.

Great spot in the resort property . Courtyard outback was tranquil… One young buck who was cleaning his boat on Sat had his music waaaay to loud but once he finished it was quiet again. Bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We stayed 2 days on our way down to Key West to enjoy Marathon and Turtle hospital. It was nice also that she allowed less than 3 day rentals :)

We had a great time! Awesome community with walkable restaurants and bars. We loved the local beaches. The people at the complex were super nice. Our four boys loved running from the pool to the beach. Everyone we met was very nice. Great instructions and recommendations. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. He was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Might be coming back another time in the future.

The house was spacious and clean, and we got good use out of the pool and hot tub. Bert requires signing a separate contract after booking on AirBnB, but worked with us to tailor the language. Towels are provided but be prepared to bring most other amenities like shampoo, etc yourself. Also, be aware that Sunrise Drive is a private road and you cannot access the beach there - Sombrero Beach is about a 15 minute walk, but definitely worth the walk!

We stayed at Frank’s place for two weeks and had an absolutely amazing time! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and super practical for our two energetic little ones. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We made the most of every sunset soaking in the hot tub, followed by peaceful late-night floats in the pool under clear, starry skies. We fished off the jetty most days and caught barracuda, mangrove snapper, plenty of sharks—and the neighbors even hooked a tarpon and landed a grouper! The kids loved snorkeling right off the dock, spotting rays, turtles, and loads of colorful fish. We missed the manatees when they came by one morning, but luckily caught up with them later while kayaking through the mangroves. Huge thanks to Frank for being such a fantastic host. One day we had a small issue with the pool, and his team showed up in under 10—absolutely amazing service. We truly didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

This home and location are exceptional!!! Everything about it exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent a vacation home from Coco Plum again. It is expensive, but when you look at all you get and the location, it’s actually a bargain. The owner really has an exceptional home! Our family had a great time, and we will be back next year. Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

This place checked all the boxes! The location of this particular unit was awesome. Close to the pool, but not too close. A short walk to the beach area, and those views from the balcony are second to none. Largo is very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Tavernier Key is the perfect location to many activities. Our family misses this trip already.

Place was so comfortable and cozy and clean! Great view and right near everything you need to get to. The host was so responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

Location, location, location! Great views, nice pool area, dock space if needed. Walkable to several resorts and turtle sanctuary.

We stayed for 11 nights at Wendy's beautiful home. We had everything we needed for our entire stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It was so lovely walking up on the water and enjoying breakfast outside. Extra touches like having bikes and kayaks to use were also sooo nice! Wendy was very helpful with local spots to check out as well. We will definitely be back!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Studio ist sauber und gepflegt gewesen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und empfehlen das Studio und die Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall weiter.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! It really was the perfect getaway spot for us to rest and recharge. The amenities available were so convenient, from a well stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies, laundry, a bait freezer, to even having pool towels and a cooler available to use. Our kids ages 11 and 13 spent hours fishing off of the dock out back. We even caught our meal a couple of times! We also really enjoyed access to the Cabana Club! It had a lovely beach front along with a perfect temperature pool! Drinks and food at the club were very reasonable priced. This is our third year in a row visiting the keys and we always enjoy this area. Next year I will be looking at this rental first! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. Enjoyed family time. The only feedback is that we didn’t realize there would be so much natural debris by the water which isn’t anyone’s fault. We just didn’t know so we were not prepared with water shoes.

We had an amazing time with our family and a beautiful Easter dinner with our friends. The location is perfect to travel all of the keys as it's just over an hour to Key West and Key Largo. The sun rose over the top floor guest bedroom with such a beautiful view of the water every day. Morning coffee with the view was awesome. Evenings spent wrapped on the couch watching movies with really nice big TV and unwinding. Sitting down by the water in evenings before sunset hanging with family watching niece play in sand was great too. Highly recommend.

Our stay at John's place was amazing. The location was perfect as we went up and down the Keys spending time in Islamorada and a day in Key West. We walked the neighborhood and to Sombrero Beach. The set up for our boat was fabulous. We were able to leave it in the water to use everyday. The best part of John's house was the outdoor area in back. We stayed out there more than anywhere, of course the weather was perfect. Thank you for sharing your place with us John. We hope to be back!
