You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. This shepherds hut is in a gorgeous rural location. The hut has electricity and hot water, it will be a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is a recently added hot tub, to relax in and soak up the gorgeous view. A fire pit and an outdoor table, plus cooking facilities in the hut. It is in a romantic and peaceful location. We are close to Castle Howard, Yorkshire Lavender and many other wonderful places to visit. Fabulous for keen walkers and popular area for cyclists.

Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
