It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

Breakfast on the deck watching the swans, paddle boarders and kayaks meander past - you'll enjoy what the Norfolk Broads has to offer whilst having all the amenities of a great city at your fingertips.

The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.
