Secluded quiet country setting bordering U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property near Bull Shoals Lake. Kitchen with most everything needed to prepare meals. Several boat launch ramps nearby to Taneycomo and Bull Shoals Lake. Distance to Silver Dollar City 20 mi, Branson Landing 12 mi, Forsyth 8 mi, Full Service Marina 9 mi.

Walk out your door to fish and kayak, or put your boat in the rented dock slip and fish the many bass, bluegill & trout stocked yearly. Swim in the large sparkling resort pool. Walk or bike through park- like Edgewater Beach Resort, Empire Park, and below Powersite Dam on the paved, wooded trail. Play disc golf next door at Empire Park.

These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

We even have inflatable kayaks you can rent and take to Bull Shoals just 10 minutes from here! Shooting range is also available upon request.
