Excellent hosts. Excellent value. Excellent apartment. I’ve been hosted at plenty of Airbnb’s and you can tell right away that Katie and Lee are pros. From booking onward they gave plenty of clear instructions, proactive communication on arrival and fast responses to our inquiries. Everything was ready for our stay including consumables like laundry soap, paper towel and tissue. The mattresses were super comfortable, which added major bonus points. Walking distance to the downtown farmers market, cafés and restaurants also a plus. Based on the quality of hosting and value for the stay I give this listing 5 stars

Spencer and Alicia where great hosts! the place looked great and we where able to feep right at home. if I had any questions, I would surely get an answer and fast. there was even this time that they answered me at 2 am when I had a huge problem! had a response from them in minutes. truly appreciated.

Emmanuel was awesome, very responsive to all our needs, even offering to speak on the phone, something not all hosts offer. We can't thank him enough for being such a caring host to our family. 🙏 we are grateful for hosts like Emmanuel.

Mouhamed was extremely accommodating to me & my girlfriend during our stay! The place was clean & had basically everything you need for your stay! Little noisy from 7-9pm but other than that very quiet!

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Staying at Maha’s 2-bedroom basement suite in Guelph was such a fantastic experience—everything was beyond perfect. The place was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed (and then some!), and super cozy from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had all the essentials, the living space was warm and inviting, and both bedrooms were so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. It felt like home—but better. Quiet, private, and peaceful, with so much attention to detail that it was clear Maha really cares about her guests' experience. Maha herself was the sweetest and most responsive host—friendly, thoughtful, and made the whole process seamless. It was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had, and we’d absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

We booked late and last minute after we were unable to access our original booking at a dfferent Airbnb because the other property owner failed to provide a keypad code and could not be reached. I was travelling long distance alone with my 5 year old daughter and just needed somewhere to go quickly for the night after a long travel day. Jazmy accepted our booking at 11pm. So grateful. Everything was super, and Rebecca was very nice and accommodating. The suite is a basement of their home, so a bit lower ceiling than I expected, but there is everything that one person may need, and compared to things available nearby it is the best price quality ratio. I definitely recommend.

Margaret and Rich’s place was the perfect home base for our stay in Guelph. Great location and incredibly well equipped. It was very clean and spacious. They were very responsive and friendly. We would absolutely book their place again.

great place. if you like the feeling of an old home with all the feelings and things that come with it, you'll love nigel's place. very cosy, gas fireplace was really nice. one of the best places i ever stayed.

Chris’s place was awesome! Worked fantastic for 2 of us in trade school. Super responsive and friendly! Will be recommending his place for all my colleagues that are attending school in the next few years! Only downside is the dog upstairs is loud, but still doesn’t affect the 5/5 stars.

Terrific experience. So nice to have the place all to myself. Great backyard, securely fenced. Fabulous location, central but safe and quiet, easy access to everything, great grocery stores nearby. Loved the Nespresso machine - I'm a convert now. Sia was an exceptional host, and always quick to reply to any questions! Hope to be back.

Heinrich’s place was perfect for our stay in Guelph. We weren’t there for much of the time but it was quiet, tastefully decorated and quite charming. We decided to add another day onto our stay and luckily he was able to accommodate us. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexibility.

The place was very comfortable and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood! It worked out very well for my daughters and I to celebrate Christmas together! I would definitely recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place. It was extremely extremely clean and well stocked with amenities for our stay. Andrew himself was very responsive and helpful and made our stay a very stress-free one.

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

Jules is a prime example of a quality host. She proactively checked in at just the right times to ensure I had everything I needed for my extended stay. Her condo is a lower unit in a 4 split, inside a quiet complex, minutes walk to everything and anything you could possibly need. Clean, cozy, perfectly equipped.

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.
