Very homely environment, I like how clean the house was, and the location is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they visiting the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

We loved this stay it’s in a perfect quiet location and close to daily necessities. Our toddler loved to play outside in-front of the property and going to the park nearby. We stayed for a month and the house was stocked with basic items, everything was clean and just what we needed.. the only downside it is a basement and not many windows could open so it did get abit clammy after a while and every night around 10/11pm (when my daughter was sleeping) the people upstairs would walk around so loud and wake her up (no fault of the owner)

Séjour du jeudi soir au dimanche matin, quartier tranquille avec parc avec modules et pistes cyclable. Très agréables en ce qui nous concerne pour faire bouger notre enfant de 4 ans. De manière générale les gens du quartiers était accueillant et souriant.

I'm so grateful to have stayed here! The host was incredibly helpful, making my transition to Conestoga College seamless. They provided valuable guidance and made me feel right at home. The house is immaculately clean, comfortable, and cozy. Highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful time staying here. Dulini is very a very helpful landlord, always response in short time. The kitchen is very well equipped and household supply is enough. The location is good, close to shopping and the neighborhood is nice, there is park and woods within 10 minutes walking distance. We look forward to come back next year.
