The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Ferienhaus Mela mit Pool ist ein Ferienhaus für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Intime Lage und doch in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Strandes. Mit 80 m2 Wohnfläche es erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet Platz für 4-6 Personen. Sie werden einen wunderschön angelegten Garten mit einer überdachten Terrasse und privatem Pool genießen. Kostenloses WLAN, Klimaanlage, Grill und Sat Tv sind vorhanden. Herzlich willkommen!

Entfernung zum Meer: 400 m Entfernung zum Strand: 600 m Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es einen Sportplatz mit einem Tennis-, Basketball- und einen Fussballplatz. Unter dem Haupthaus ist das Familienrestaurant Filipo. Auf dem Weg zum Strand hat es eine Post, Mini Market, eine Bäckerei, mehrere Kaffeebars und Restaurants. Auf Anfrage bieten wir für bis 10 Personen einen Schlafplatz. Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Jahresmiete möglch.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
