U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. OG und bietet ein großes klimatisiertes Wohn/Esszimmer mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Vom Wohnbereich und einem Schlafzimmer hat man Zugang zum möblierten Balkon der einen traumhaften Meerblick. Im Erdgeschoss können die Gäste den Gemeinschaftspool frei nutzen. Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück in der Garage.

ENG Klenovica is a small tourist place located on the Kvarner bay coast, under Velebit mountain. The small fishing village is located about 8 km south of Novi Vinodolski and 15 km north of Senj, guarded from the open sea by the island Krk.

Auf Anfrage bieten wir für bis 10 Personen einen Schlafplatz. Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Jahresmiete möglch.

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
