It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Τα Green Rock Apartments είναι ένα νεόκτιστο διώροφο δόμημα στο οποίο υπάρχουν τρία διαμερίσματα. Τα δύο διαμερίσματα των 60 τ.μ βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο ενώ το μεγάλο διαμέρισμα τον 120 τ.μ στον δεύτερο όροφο. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα είναι φωτεινά με θέα το Αιγαίο καθώς έχουν δικές τους βεράντες. Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!
