V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

This beautiful, elegant and cosy apartment is located in the heart of the historic city centre of Koper in the tallest skyscraper on the cost. It is located just below the main Koper Beach. As soon as you leave the apartment, a few steps and you are in the middle of happening in no time, with restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner, while still having quiet time in the apartment. We are happy to offer our guests a place that can make them feel at home.

An elevator takes you directly down to the private beach, where you can swim in a protected natural reserve. Two sun loungers are exclusively reserved for the apartment. The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
