This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Upstairs a king size bed with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. A unique place with a style all its own.

Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον πρωινό καφέ σας στο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα τον μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και την Κορώνη. Το σπίτι διαθέτει τρία υπνοδωμάτια, μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο και ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα. Το κέντρο του χωριού είναι μόλις τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και διασκέδαση.

Our family-friendly cottage is situated on top of the village of Vasilitsi near the beautiful seaside town of Koroni just a couple of minutes away by car. As guests you have access to the whole house and garden featuring three terrasses with flowers and trees. The original Greek village features a taverna 'Nikos' with a great choice of tasty dishes and two small shops. Enjoy the nature and gentle tourism of Messinia with superb sand beaches and scenic coast views.
