Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. Lähin ravintola löytyy viereisestä korttelista, ja kymmenessä minuutissa kävelee Rajalla-kauppakeskukseen. Makuuhuoneita on yksi, mutta asunnon tilavan olohuoneen ansiosta siellä majoittuu mukavasti 4 henkilöä. Pienten lasten käyttöön löytyy myös matkasänky.
