My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Our vintage guesthouse is named after the wild vines found in abundance in the area. We are situated in the pine forest of Agii Anargiri, some 12 km from the village of Spetses and just 5 min. from the largest beach on the island.
