Like in everywhere in Finland, we have too clean and drinkable water from all water taps. Hamina is so quiet town and you can feel it so good in our house. Hamina located in 40 km from Finland-Russia border. Hamina is old town with so many historical places, old houses and own bastion. You can do any kind of summer sports or winter sport depend in period of time.

Mökkimäinen talo maaseudulla. Keittiö, olohuone, wc, sauna, pesuhuone, pukuhuone, eteiset. Makuualkovissa parisänky sekä olohuoneessa vuodesohva lev 136 cm. Tilat soveltuvat 1-2 aikuiselle sekä lisäksi mahtuu 1-2 lasta. Huomioi: Lemmikit ovat sallittuja, mutta niiden määrä tapauskohtaisesti ja niistä on ilmoitettava varausta tehdessä. Lähikaupunkien kohteisiin ajaa noin Helsinki 1.5 h, Kotka 45 min, Hamina 45 min, Lahti 1 h 10 min, Loviisa 40 min. Kouvolan keskustaan 40 min.

Guest House Marjala

Guest House-Marjala sijaitsee Kotkan Koivulassa. Kalaisaan Kymijoen rantaan on matkaa alle 1km. Vieraiden yksityiskäytössä on pihatalo ja terassi. Asuintilassa on käytännöllinen ja hyvin varusteltu keittonurkkaus. Vieraat pääsevät nauttimaan ylellisestä kylpytilasta, jossa on amme ja sähkösauna. Koneellinen ilmanvaihto ja ilmalämpöpumppu takaavat hyvät yöunet. Pysäköintimahdollisuus autokatkoksessa kahdelle autolle.

Ulkosauna, takka ja oma ranta kutsuvat rentoutumaan – ja ympäröivä luonto tarjoaa elämyksiä retkeilystä marjastukseen. Täydellinen paikka niille, jotka haluavat vain olla ja hengittää. Kohteessa kompostoiva kuivakäymälä (ei sisävessaa)

Pikku Torppa on uusi hirsirakenteinen talo, joka sijaitsee rauhallisessa maalaismaisemassa lähellä Kotkan keskustaa ja Kymijokea. Käytössänne on varusteltu keittiö, kylpyhuone ja takka. Talossa on ilmastointi. Aurinkopaneelit asennettu 2022. Isolla pihalla on mahdollisuus grillata. Autopaikat ja wifi.
