The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Το σπίτι και ο κήπος με την πισίνα ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που θέλαμε. Η Παναγιωτα ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη σε ότι ζητήσαμε και πολύ πολύ βοηθητική. Θα μέναμε ξανά 100% κ σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα. Παναγιώτα ευχαριστούμε πολύ !

Excellent séjour au sein de la villa qui offre définitivement une vue à couper le soufflé sur Sérifos et aux autres îles. Alexis est un excellent hôte qui se montre très réactif, et nous a prodigué de nombreux précieux conseils avec son très joli guest book dans la maison. Je recommande cette villa sans problème 😊

The highlight of this airbnb is definetely the breathtaking view! If you are looking for a quiet and authentic stay on an isle which hasn't been flooded by tourism, you're in the right place :-) Think about stopping by at a supermarket on the port and drive slowly at the end of the road, which is drivable with a "normal" car (no 4x4 needed). Restaurant at 10min drive, or in pittoresque Ioulida, nice beach in Koumdouros. Wat een fantastische, luxe woning! Het huis is heel ruim, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik zou er zo kunnen wonen. De tuin is ook heel groot, prachtig aangelegd met heel veel plekken om te zitten/liggen. Een heerlijke plek om te relaxen. Het zwembad was helaas nog te koud. Host Antonis en zijn moeder zijn fantastisch lieve mensen die er alles aan doen om te zorgen dat je geweldig verblijf hebt. Om de dag zorgde de moeder voor een lekker ontbijt. Ze reageren direct op vragen. Enige nadeel: de locatie. Restaurants, winkels en het strand liggen niet echt op loopafstand. De wijk is niet heel mooi. Er was nu in april ook weinig te beleven in Anavyssos. Al met al: een luxe parel in een rustige omgeving. Een aanrader!

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

nice place close to the sea

We had such a fun time! It was a little hard to get to at first, but it was beautiful and in a great location!

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

The house is great. Clean and very well supplied. Great terrace with sea view at both sides. Very near (1 min) to the beach with very good restaurant.

Une jolie petite maison , entourée d’oliviers et de jolies fleurs. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. En plus les parents d’Alex sont des gens merveilleux, je retourne une dernière fois à la fin du voyage, et j’ai hâte de retrouver ces gens-là.😃

Das Haus war sauber, mit Grundstück und alles was man so für eine Woche braucht. Wir fanden es gut, dass man noch nah genug an Athen war, aber auch weit genug entfernt, um zu schönen Stränden zu kommen. In der Vorsaison war man hier fast allein. Die Landschaft ist schön und auch Athen ist einen Besuch wert.

We visited Greece from Canada and we really enjoyed our stay at the pool house. Nikos was an amazing host with great communication and flexibility throughout our stay, from booking to checkout. Thank you for all the recommendations and for the homemade pastries from your mom. Delicious! The property looks just as it does in the photos, but the pool, garden, and view are much nicer in person. Everything was very clean and kitchen is stocked with basic essentials for cooking meals. The master bed is firm and comfortable. Having a car is recommended and makes it easy to explore the surrounding beach towns and local sights and restaurants. So much good food and beautiful beaches nearby (and grocery stores for supplies). Athens is only about an hour away for more sightseeing and wonderful food/shops. Wifi, TV, laundry and AC made our stay comfortable and easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to return again in the future.

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Un très beau séjour à Vourkari chez Crissa. Crissa est très à l’écoute et nous a gentiment donné des petites adresses à Kea pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cette maison si vous voulez passer un moment calme sur l’île de Kea qui n’est pas très animé pour les soirées mais à de très belles plages.

Нам дуже сподобалось перебувати в цьому домі! Стефанос та його дружина надзвичайно добрі та приємні люди. Готові у всьому допомогти та порадити. Велика тераса з чудовим видом на море перевершила наші сподівання. Кожен вечір ми сиділи та дивились на красу моря та навколишнього середовища. Також нам сподобався невеличкий пляж прямо біля будинку. Пляж з кришталево чистою водою без барів - це те, що ми шукали.. Невелика кількість людей на пляжі це для нас. Неподалік знаходиться портове місто Лавріон. Радимо прогулятися увечері. Дуже гарно. Набережна з великою кількістю яхт. Взагалі плануємо повернутися наступного року! Το σπίτι είναι χαριτωμένο. Βρισκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία. Έχει ανακαινιστεί η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο κάτι πολύ σημαντικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πολύ άνετη και μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις. Πολύ ωραία η βεράντα και ο κήπος. Είναι ιδανικό μέρος και για κατοικίδια. Επίσης, έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση για άτομα με κινητικό πρόβλήμα. Στα πολύ σημαντικά πλεονεκτήματα συγκαταλέγονται οι σήτες σε ΟΛΑ τα παράθυρα, κάτι που δεν βρίσκεις συχνά και οι πολύ απαλές πετσέτες. Αν βρεθώ στην περιοχή, θα το επιλέξω ξανά Ευχαριστούμε πολυ Γιώργο

We had a great 10 days family reunion. We enjoyed every moment. The house offers a home away from home feeling with a bit of Greek charm. It's quite close to the Athens International Airport (a bit over 30 minutes of drive time). Konstantina was quick to answer any questions and provided us with a welcome package in the fridge that was most appreciated. A car is necessary since the daily shopping can only be done ~7km away (~10 minutes by car). A nice beach is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). It is rather secluded, but a bit rocky. Beach shoes are necessary and it might not be considered child-friendly. It's quite empty during workdays and during the weekends it attracts a bit more locals. Multiple other great beaches can be found in relative close proximity, but not within walking distance. They also have beach bars and sunbeds. The nearest child-friendly beaches can be found in Palaia Fokaia, which is ~7km away (~10 minutes by car). Multiple tourist attractions can be found within less that 2 hours of drive time: - the Temple of Poseidon near Sounio - Palaia Fokaia, a charming Greek little town - the Attica Zoo - the Port of Piraeus - Athens with all its' wonders - the Corinth Canal Overall it was a great experience that's worth being repeated.

Η Καλλιόπη και ο σύζυγός της μας υποδέχτηκαν όταν φτάσαμε. Είναι πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο, πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ευρύχωρο. Μεγαλύτερο από ό,τι είχα φανταστεί από τις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο, στην είσοδο της Χώρας, κάτι που βοηθάει στην εύρεση πάρκινγκ (αν δεν υπάρχει κάτω από το σπίτι, τότε λίγο παρακάτω). Η απόσταση από τον δρόμο με τα εστιατόρια, τα μπαρ και τα μαγαζιά είναι 1-2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Μίνι μάρκετ υπάρχει απέναντι. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!
