Great place, peaceful location, villa was huge with 4 bedrooms (3 rooms with AC), hall & dining area, villa has lot of outside space to walk & kids play, kitchen with almost all facilities available, Sijo's parents were great host and took care of all our needs. Nearby restaurants and Swiggy options available as well. Overall great place to stay at this price and would look forward to visiting again.

The place is at the centre of all the spots that we wanted to cover around Wayanad. Be it Banasura dam, Chembra trek, Edekkal caves, Soochipara falls. Also it has nearby Petrol pump, since we used 2-wheeler to roam around and good restaurants in the vicinity. The caretaker was very helpful and provided us with necessary instructions to travel around. The place is exactly what is described in the photos. We had some issues with the wifi, but caretaker was helpful in resolving this. Overall it was a great stay.

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

Purushothaman се грижеше непрекъснато да имаме каквото ни е нужно, осигуряваше храна, придружи ни да разгледаме околността. Мястото беше много комфортно и се чувствахме като у дома си. С безкрайна благодарност ще си спомняме за престоя си!

Our plan was very last minute, and we're really thankful they accepted our request so quickly. This homestay is not like the usual ones where a caretaker manages everything. Here, the service is provided by the family members themselves, which makes it feel more like home. From check-in to check-out, the instructions were clear and simple. Offering food at a homestay is an extra task, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. It's not about the price; it's about the warmth and hospitality. The house is beautifully built with library, and we had a great view of the plantation at the back. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. A short, peaceful drive of just 5 km takes you to the nearby town, and don’t miss out on a visit to the Calicut Chips shop there!

The place is amazing, has a huge open space right in front, feels like a farm house. Noushad is also very helpful with anything we need related to the villa or regarding tourist spots in Wayanad. Overall an excellent stay.

My family of five had travelled to Kozhikode to drop me at IIM Kozhikode for my MBA. So my main criteria when deciding a place for them to stay was proximity to the college. This property is just about 2-3 kms from the college. The property is beautiful, and is perfect for four people. Both rooms are neat and clean, and there is a huge kitchen space as well. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodative as well!

This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

we had a very nice and comfortable stay at Franklin's place. the stay was in middle of tea estates and around an hour away from other spots. Frank was very responsive host and helped us out with planning our itinerary to getting local transport when we needed. Thanks a lot for all the help Frank,we had wonderful vacation. :)
