Kuća se nalazi u zaseoku Sušnji, u mjestu Zvoneća. Najbliža plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 7 km, u Opatiji. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und liegt in einer sehr wenig bewohnten Gegend und mit 3 Schlafzimmern bietet es genug Platz für Familien mit Kindern. Für unsere Gäste bietet das Haus hat auch eine große Terrasse mit einem Grill und einen großen grünen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Für E-Auto-Besitzer gibt es im Ort Šilo eine E-Ladesäule.
