It is located 200m from our cattle farm close to the road nr 41, nearby Åmli, Arendal 1h, Kristiansand 1,5h, Oslo 3,5h. Canoeing, fishing, several hiking trips and mountain biking are examples of summeractivities. In wintertime: cross country skiing, ice skating and down hill skiing (40min) or just nothing and relaxing in the sauna

Ny og moderne hytte med alt du trenger, og fantastisk utsikt! Hytta er plassert i et nytt hytteområde, i en blindvei med lite trafikk ca 4 km fra skisenter og matbutikk. Om vinteren kjøres det skiløyper like i nærheten, og det er flott akebakke her. Hytta passer perfekt for én til to familier, inntil 8 personer. Her er det muligheter for både langrenn og alpint om vinteren, og flott turterreng med mange fiskevann resten av året. Terrassen er sør-vest vendt, og har gode solforhold hele året.

Das lichtdurchflutete Häuschen mit großzügiger Sonnenterrasse liegt ruhig und idyllisch im Ort Eikerapen am Øresee, wo alles geboten wird: Ob atemberaubende Hikes direkt vom Haus, Paddeln, Angeln und Baden in anrainenden Gewässern oder nur relaxtes Sonnenbaden. Besonders erwähnenswert sind neben der Terrasse eigene Stellplätze, die Ausstattung und die liebevolle Gestaltung. Reinigung: zzgl. 700 NOK.

Hytta ble ferdigstilt 2016 og ligger på ei nydelig vestvendt utsiktstomt på Panorama 5. Sol fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld. Stor usjenert terrasse med flere sittegrupper og stort spisebord. Oppkjørte skiløyper og turterreng like utenfor døra. Høy standard med tregulv, fliser og kraftige tømmervegger. Det er ingen elbil-lader på eiendommen, men det er et utvendig husholdningsuttak som kan brukes til lading. Ellers er det hurtigladere som kan benyttes ved butikken ca 4 km unna.

We have a couple of cottages in the woods, You can enjoy them too, one of them is a simple cottage (hytte) and the other one has place for 8 more guests! Just follow the RV Evje 9 road from Kristiansand, until you find Loland sign to the right, that road is Lolandsvegen. The address of the House is Lolandsvegen 36.
