Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Laganas

The premises was perfect for 4 adults. Bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Property area including pool facilities beautiful and well maintained. View from balcony spectacular. Dionysis was friendly and responsive. Located to city and beaches was perfect. Definitely would consider it again.

War alles super. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Auf der Terrasse scheint Nachmittags die Sonne. Restaurants und Mini-Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gegenüber der Staße ist gleich ein Meerzugang mit Beachclub. Ansonsten sind weiter Strände auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde trotzdem ein Mietwagen empfehlen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind gegenüber der Wohnung.

Byliśmy u Avgeris & Lily przez tydzień. To był wspaniały pobyt. Spokojna okolica, 2 minuty od niezaludnionej plaży, gdzie są wspaniale warunki do snoorkowania. i obok restauracja z pysznymi daniami i wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Ale to wszystko to tylko dopełnienie niesamowitych właścicieli , którzy urzekli nas swoją gościnnością . Pomogli nam we wszystkim czego potrzebowaliśmy- wynajem samochodu, zamowienie taksówki. Lili na początek naszego przyjazdu nawet zaopatrzyła nasz apartament w świeże warzywa chleb. Apartament z widokiem na morze posiadał wszystko co niezbędne. Poza tym była to wyjątkowa okazja aby przekonać się jak mieszkają Grecy na Zakynthos. Nasze mieszkanie było na piętrze poniżej w tym samym domu mieszkali właściciele .Mieliśmy wylot późno wieczorem,a doba hotelowa kończy się przed południem. Mimo to właściciele zgodzili się ,abyśmy mogli zostać dłużej DZIĘKUJEMY! POLECAM GORĄCO,!

Luogo strategico per visitare l’isola di zante. Posizione vicina a tutto il necessario per una vacanza ma allo stesso tempo isolata e immersa nel verde di una spiaggia a due passi. Evelyn una persona molto attenta agli ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha consigliato alcune cose sull’isola. È una vera e propria casa per le vacanze!

Absolutely stunning location, perfect early October out of season for a relaxing break, great temperatures. Location overlooking bay is stunning and room cleaned daily and perfect for up to 6 people.

Siamo rimasti nell’appartamento una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sia l’host che il padre Yiannis sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili! Sono state molto apprezzate le varie vivande che ci hanno lasciato per il nostro soggiorno (soprattutto acqua e uva!). La casa era esattamente come in foto e la posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutti i servizi e i punti di interesse della zona, in particolare la spiaggia vicina dove depongono le uova le tartarughe marine.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marios war grossartig. Man hat 2 Terrassen, auf denen man sich aufhalten kann. Von beiden schaut man direkt auf das Meer. Nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist der direkte Zugang zu einem kleinen Kiesstrand, auf dem wir nie einer Menschenseele begegnet sind. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt findet man sehr gute Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Unten im Haus wohnt ein älteres Ehepaar und Sofia. Wenn es Probleme gab, war immer sofort jemand da, der geholfen hat. Unser Auto ist an einem Morgen nicht angesprungen, da wurden wir sogar von ihnen zu unserem Termin am Hafen gefahren. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Diese Unterkunft ist insofern zu empfehlen, wenn man privat nahe am Strand sein und in der nächstgelegenen Laganas Road das Nachtleben erforschen möchte (-Hotspot besonders für junge Menschen zum Feiern). Ideal für vier Personen, wobei es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür gibt, das andere Doppelbett steht im oberen Stock frei (Mansarde mit Meerblick, herrlich!). Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September dort, das war super! Die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, auch der Whirlpool mit diversen Funktionen (Massagestrahl etc.), eine große Sitzbank und zwei Sonnenliegen. Das unter der Terrasse befindliche Restaurant spielt zwar den ganzen Tag Musik, diese war jedoch geschmackvoll und nicht zu laut (relaxed music). Und wichtig bei hohen Temperaturen: die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei. Last but not least, Fotis‘ Frau ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, sie hat alles gecheckt. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

Very nice cozy apartment style home. Amazing view of the water and the neighbouring Greek islands. They were very friendly and had an amazing local bakery near by with some delicious Greek treats. I definitely would come back!

We had very pleasant stay at Nikoletta’s place ! Even more beautiful when you see it by person ! 100% we will visit again and recommend her place to everyone who visits Zakynthos . Always responding fast and helpful . Don’t wonder just book her apartment :) The apartment has everything you need ,very clean and with amazing decor made by Nikoletta . We are thankful for this great 12 days ! 🩷

In Roberts großem, sehr sauberen blauen Haus haben wir uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat große Balkone, von denen man herrlich den Sonnenauf- und -untergang genießen kann. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man von hier aus viele schöne Touren unternehmen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Taverne, in der große, schmackhafte Portionen zu günstigen Preisen angeboten werden. Robert ist ein sympathischer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der ein offener, interessanter Gesprächspartner aber trotzdem zurückhaltend ist. Das blaue Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf der Insel Zakynthos kommen wir gern wieder.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

Wir Waren das erstemal in diesem Traum - Haus in Zakynthos . Die Bilder auf Airbnb haben uns schon sehr beeindruckt , aber das was uns in der Realität erwartet hat , noch schöner .. ein absoluter Traum ! Und dies ist noch zu wenig um in Worte zu beschreiben wie es wirklich ist … Vaso hat uns so freundlich in empfang genommen , und immer mal wider nachgefragt ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles passt . Vaso ist der absolute Hammer , zu jeder Zeit sofort erreichbar , wenn wir Tipps brauchten ist sie sofort hielfsbereit auf uns eingegangen , ein warer Engel . Als wir Abend s um 20.00 Uhr ankamen war de Kühlschrank bestückt mit Kleinigkeiten damit wir unsere Ferien ohne Hunger und Durst sofort starten konnten . Morgends stand ich jeden Morgen früh auf um den Traumhaften Sonnenaufgang zu bestaunen . Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben , aber es würde zu keinem Ende führen … wir sind Alle traurig das die Woche zu schnell zu Ende ging . Wir werden aufjedenfall wider kommen ..

lovely place for me and my family. Andreas is very responsive and helpful. the only thing I would recommend is a folder with instructions for things like the washing machine, heating etc. but Andreas was always very helpful.

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Appartamentino di recente ristrutturazione, molto carino, posto al secondo piano di una palazzina a 3 piani. Anche se a volte rumoroso per via della strada sottostante, c'è un balcone spazioso per prendere il caffè la mattina. Alexandra e Fotis molto cordiali e disponibili a dare suggerimenti sui posti più interessanti dell'isola. Molto utile il posto auto privato e al coperto. Posizione ottima, vicina al porto, stazione bus e strada principale di Zakynthos.

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé, proche du centre ville du port et de la mer, facilement accessible, belle vue de la terrasse sur la ville. A proximité tous les commerces sont là dans un périmètre de 100 mètre au grand maximum : poissonnerie, boucherie, boulangerie, primeur, et supermarchés. Un très bon séjour. Merci

Angelo is truly a super host. He embodies the kindness, graciousness, thoughtfulness, and responsiveness that all of us for for in a host. His place has a breathtaking to of the sea. When he heard that we needed some things for the kitchen, he asked his Mom to immediately bring them to us. he really went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. The listing on the top floor is comfortable and quiet. He also took the time to answer questions we had about the island before we got here. Easy parking. There is also a fireplace. We made meals in the kitchen..

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek, zdecydowanie polecam dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę. Gospodarze pomocni ale bardzo dyskretni, nie zakłócają swoją obecnością pobytu. Apartament czysty, przestronny i wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Mogliśmy dzięki temu zrobić sobie małe śniadanie i zaraz po nim ruszyć na zwiedzanie wyspy. Śniadania niemal zawsze spożywaliśmy na stoliczkach, umiejscowionych przed rezydencją w cieniu palm. Dzięki temu mieliśmy piękny widok na Morze Jońskie. Jeśli potrzebny jest internet, to w apartamencie jest świetny sygnał wifi. Jeśli przyjedziecie autem, jest możliwość zaparkowania w miejscu zacienionym drzewami oliwnymi. Dzięki temu samochód nie był rozgrzany. Polecam z czystym sercem!

The Domenica Apartments were beautiful inside and out, a pool shared with 2 other apartments was a life saver in the heat. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip to get a good night sleep but also close enough to walk to the strip and beach. dora and her father were extremely kind and welcoming and helpful, quick with responses and even organised a transfer for our return flight. The area was clean and organised and private. Only downside was there was no undercover secure or dry spot to keep luggage or to sit in if you have a late flight and it rains after checkout but hosts were still as accommodating as possible to help with this. Would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone looking to experience laganas

Notre séjour chez Tasos et son épouse Sinead s’est très bien passé et a été au delà de nos attentes . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La proximité immédiate avec les plages et le centre de Kalamaki (tout est à 5 minutes). - toutes les bonnes surprises fournies et que nous n’avions pas forcément identifiées à la lecture de l’annonce : linge de plage et de maison fourni en quantité, passage d’une femme de ménage tous les 3 ou 4 jours , provisions de première nécessité fournies pour les premiers jours …. - la réactivité ultra rapide des hôtes à la moindre question / demande : « aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ! » . - l’organisation de la maison qui a été pensée dans les moindres détails et qui donne l’impression que « tout est simple » ! Nous sommes également des super hôtes Airbnb et nous avons pu apprécier tout le travail , l’engagement et la passion que Tasos et Sinead ont mis dans leurs différents logements Airbnb avec l’obsession de toujours fournir le meilleur service.

Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Logement contenant tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Paisible, calme, plage privée. Bar ouvert proposant une limonade maison excellente! Petites attentions de la part des propriétaires très appréciées. Recommande à 100%!

Schoon en netjes appartement. Lag goed centraal en we konden elke kant op. Dichtbij is er ook een gezellig strandje waar je heen kan en het centrum is ook maar 5 min lopen. Ook reageert Dionisis snel en vriendelijk en geeft duidelijke instructies. Top vakantie gehad!
