I don’t know if I can put into words how amazing this condo was! Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed for a one month stay. Everything in the place was very nice from the decor to the dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee/keurig, and bath towels! Michelle is the best host I have ever dealt with, very responsive & helpful. And the view was out of this world, loved watch the dolphins and the sunset! If we ever come to PCB again, we will definitely book this unit. Michelle, thank you for everything!

The place was beautiful! No complaints very peaceful.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

This condo was wonderful! The view was stunning. It felt like we were right at home. The location was good. Everything within a 15 minute drive each way. Walmart was around the corner. The pool was really nice but we didn’t use it because it was windy and a bit chilly when we were there. We can’t wait to come back !

Loved our time here! Little noisy but as to be expected because of the location and spring breakers! Overall, great price for a great place!

We had a wonderful time here for our birthdays. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was clean and spacious and being right on the beach was so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Loved this place! Was looking for an anniversary trip location, and settled on Panama City. We found the condo and immediately thought the price was so competitive compared to others. We were able to bring our dog, which was a huge win for us. The condo was extremely clean and very homey feeling upon entry. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Words can’t describe how great the home, location, and accuracy that was given about this property. We were so in love of how it was a great fit for us. Quick and easy to get into the property with simple instructions about the property. Damion was so quick and nice about everything that was needed before and after checking in and out. If ever needing to book again in the area this location will be my first to look for….GREAT!!!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The decor inside her place is immaculate. The location is perfect. We came during “Full Throttle” weekend when the place was filled with Bikers Everywhere! Tons of people going up and down the elevators made it a bit difficult getting in and out of the building. Overall, I would definitely visit again because the view and condo is Breathtaking! Thanks Nina for offering such a wonderful “safe space” to Relax and Reset! 🩷 P.S., please consider sharing the additional Resort Fee before booking the property so it won’t deter anyone from booking. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The view was especially amazing from the balcony. Jeremy was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had an amazing time!

Love it ! Will be returning

The condo provides such a relaxing atmosphere. Top floor views are unmatched. The hallways were quiet and never cluttered, elevator was not an issue, never waited long. The condo was equipped with kitchen amenities that exceed most every other property we have stayed at. The walk to the beach is quick with access directly across the street from the condo. So many options for eating and night entertainment close by. Joseph was always quick to respond and so helpful in providing direction. I was skeptical of PCB, but after this stay I would do it again without a thought thanks to the experience Joseph provided for our family.

This condo looked exactly as described, but so much more spacious than you can see in photos. Usually when you have a larger condo like this with as many bedrooms & bathrooms, the walkway areas are tight, and this condo is soooo spacious! Was the perfect amount of space for us for our long weekend, and we lucked into fabulous weather. Tons of stocked amenities available, two different types of coffee makers, pots & pans galore, I could go on and on and on. The beds and rooms were all clean, you can certainly tell they take care of their place. Highly recommend. And Ron is so quick to respond, I was equally as impressed with him as the owner and I was with the condo. Thanks again 🌊

Loved everything about this trip. Amazing hotel, space, and friendly staff. This rental has an insane amount of space. I didn’t realize before hand how big it would actually be. Within walking distance of Pier Park and within 15 minutes of anywhere else you’d want to go. Beach access was perfect. Pool and hot tub was a little crowded. This is my family’s third trip to PCB and this was definitely our favorite spot we’ve stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. The location was perfect — just a short walk to beach access, and it was really convenient having restaurants like The Perfect Pig right downstairs. The unit itself was cozy and thoughtfully stocked with all the little extras you need to get your trip started with ease. We also appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, checkout, and the helpful notes around the condo — it really showed the owner’s attention to detail. One of the highlights was how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. Communication was quick and clear, which made everything even more stress-free. The building felt safe and quiet, and parking was easy to manage. Plus, having a Publix grocery store just a few minutes away made it simple to grab anything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can not wait to come back.

Dino's and Jasmine's place is spectacular!! The pictures speak alot for themselves and are spot on. The view, I could say a lot about, is incredible. My husband, kids, myself, and my mom felt well at home. They left alot of recommendations for us to try...and we did quite a bit. A lot of things are in walking distance of the place. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to respond. We know for a fact the next time we go to PCB, we will not look anywhere else. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!!!

What originally sold me on this condo were the views from every room. It did not disappoint! I could wake up to that daily. I booked this trip to spend Spring Break with my kids. Unfortunately there were some issues due to Spring Break activities that prevented us from enjoying the beach or PCB at night. This is out of Tim & Shirley's control. I had msged them before the trip about safety concerns & they made me feel very comfortable! Even with outside chaos, I felt safe in the condo & on the property. The security team was amazing. I even left them my farm fresh eggs for what they do there! There is a text option for them which was handy! The only things I wish were different in the condo are the lights in the master bathroom toilet/shower area. It was very dark in there! I also wish there had been lights on the patio. Other than this, we had an incredible stay and will be back! I was so sad to leave! Can I just move in? Thanks so much, Tim & Shirley!
