This house had plenty of room for the whole family, was beautiful and private. I would recommend this rental to anyone that needed the extra room. The house having a kitchenette and additional living room on the second floor was very helpful. We would love to return sometime.

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Our family and another family enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Clean, functional, well equipped property with the perfect beach access. We had everything I hoped for to make a family trip easy and enjoyable. I will definitely keep this property on our list for our Santa Rosa visits.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

The house is in a great location. Fishing pier was great and only a couple minute walk to the beach. There was a Publix and Walmart not too far off. This is the second year for our family vacation in Santa Rosa and we will be back!

We had a great 3 night stay at Brit's place. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a neighborhood cat, Stella, that comes around to make sure that she knows all of the people on "her" block. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room for all of us. Thank you for the lovely weekend!!

She was a wonderful host, and her place is conveniently located right across the street from the beach. Having typically stayed in Destin, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the Panama City Beach area is. The neighborhood is quiet and features a stunning beach with private access, which we truly enjoyed. When we weren't lounging on the beach, we loved relaxing by the amazing pool and backyard area. The location is also just a short distance down the beach from the pier boardwalk, where we found plenty of fun shops and restaurants, as well as delicious beachfront dining options. I highly recommend staying at Tracie's beautiful home and taking advantage of everything it has to offer. You won't be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We have stayed here twice and both times were outstanding. The house is beautiful and well kept. It has everything you could need and more. It is in a quiet and peaceful location and an easy short walk to the beach. Brianna is quick to reply to messages and is very communicative. When an issues arose with the pool heater she not only made it right she went above and beyond. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

Our prior bnb got canceled on us the day of our vacation and we were already traveling to the area. The host was quick to let us stay in his house and it was nothing but great. It was clean, beautiful views of the beach, private pool and more. It was stocked with fresh towels, starter pack of dishsoap, pods and shampoos. Everything was in working order and we had no problems with any of it! Our family will definitely book this home again when we are heading to the PCB area!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful, it was exactly as described super clean and overall a great stay. There was an issue with the key at first, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly because the hosts were so responsive and quick to attend to our needs! We would be more than willing to come back and stay any year!
