This place was immaculate! Sacha is such a great host! She stayed in touch and was there for any questions I had. She made sure we were comfortable. Her instructions are extremely helpful and clear. The neighborhood is so cute and has everything you need within walking distance. This felt like home but with a more comfortable bed lol

Amazing host!! Had family in town to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She decorated with a birthday banner, and also gave my mom a birthday cake and bottle of wine! It was the perfect start to celebrating her and this weekend! Walking distance to Buckhead Village is and other shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Whole Foods for groceries as well. Quick ride to Lenox and Phipps too! Clean, modern, unit looks just like pictures! No issues with parking in the secured garage! Will def use property again next time I have family in town!! Thank you again!!

Stayed here a couple times and highly recommend! The host is quick to respond and communicates clearly. The unit is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near a bunch of great restaurants!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jays place. Everything was exactly described as in the pictures. The city view was perfect. Jays place was clean, easy to find and felt like home. We’d booked with Jay again. Location is safe and property is well secured. If you’re looking for something easy, romantic and relaxing this is definitely your stay!

Jermaine was a great host. He stayed in touch, was always available if needed, and we felt well looked after. My wife and I operate an AirBnB of our own, so we could see the work Jermaine had done to make the place feel like home. And the place lived up to Jermaine's online description of it. It's a short walk from many restaurants, shops and services, and also from forested walking trails with abundant bird life to observe. Now that we have family working and living in the Sandy Springs area, we'll be planning return visits, and our first message will go out to Jermaine!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Thank you for your hospitality, Thomas!

Second time to stay in this bldg. Love the location and great space as an alternative to a hotel when the city gets full. No shampoo or conditioner provided, so just be prepared. Everything else was covered. Love the location for outdoor walking and restaurants, and used the small gym for the first time which was good. You can hear the garage open in the unit, but it’s plenty quiet at night.

We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

What can I say ?! Prince and his home is amazing . Very friendly and welcoming . Very informative about area . Me and my girlfriend felt safe and welcomed . The home looks exactly the same as pictures . Very clean and private , great location and great views from the bed room , living room and balcony . Will definitely be staying at Prince’s place again .

We were so lucky last year to have connected with Meagan and to have stayed at her place. This year when we decided to head back down to Atlanta we didn't hesitate to reach out to her hoping her place would be available again, the week we needed it, and we were delighted when it was. It is exactly how it is described and Meagan is a wonderful host, who is quick to respond to any question we may have and made our stay very easy. We highly suggest this property to anyone who is looking for a one bedroom.

We over loved Trev's home. Very Spacious, looked exactly like the pics. we loved the balcony. There were a fully stock kitchen. All bedrooms was comftorable & appealing. 2mastersuites and 2 kitchens was a bonus. We didnt want too leave after our 3day stay. Trev was a great host.

From check in to check out, this place was great. Awesome location, less than 10 minutes to the convention center. Extremely clean, there is a no shoes in the house rule that really helps make this place feel like home. The steps are steep going up and down to the bedrooms but that is common in this area due to the terrain. 4 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 share a bathroom that has extra sink outside the toilet, bathtub, and sink area. The other bathroom is in the master suite which has an amazing closet. Bonus, There is a workout room upstairs! The main floor has an eat in kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room and a billiards room. 2 car garage access, fire pit and deck. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. Will definitely book next time!!

I’m definitely making this home my vacation spot! Very beautiful home . Space for everyone. Very clean and comfortable.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

We felt right at home. This beautiful home was cozy and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our family vacation. The hosts go above and beyond, we couldn’t ask for anything more. Would definitely book again when coming to the area.

Victor has excellent communication and followed up to ensure our needs were met. There were no issues with the property or the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and open.

Great stay plan on coming back during NFL season. Hopefully there are openings.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home. Everything was clean and well stocked. Only caution I would make is driveway is shared with tenants in the house next door. Larger vehicles may find parking in driveway problematic. Clearer instructions on parking would be helpful. But our questions/concerns about parking were answered promptly. We appreciated the owner/property manager efforts to make our stay perfect.
