Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Iola is the home of Allen Community College.

Newly renovated! Our cozy 1912 cottage has been brought into the modern era. Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and the essentials. Located a short walk from the grocery store but also within view of the community garden and pastures at the edge of town. This home is sure to offer peaceful respite from your travels. Off-street parking from the alley and no steps into the home.

The Lodge of South Owl

Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
