Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful and beautiful place. Our home is one of the first eight significant homes in Lake Forest Park with a grand view of Lake Washington. There's a 300 SF sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and 180 degree view of the lake where you can watch deers and bunnies grazing on the lawn, bald eagles flying, and seaplanes landing and taking off. Built in 1913, our home was once owned by the UW Dean, whose efforts established the Washington Park Arboretum.

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
