Really great place. Clearly recently renovated and very clean. We were comfortable the whole time. Only downside is that you can hear people walking in the other Airbnb above you, but I knew that was going to happen.

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

The loft was lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. Top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, and Wes was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

Wonderful place right near the historic downtown. Easy walk to anywhere. It’s a lovely building with four units (two on each floor), so there is noise from the neighbors as one would expect. It actually helped us out because we heard one neighbor talking about a light left on in a car outside and realized it was ours! The host is kind and easy to communicate with.

Spacious apartment with a big kitchen but several restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The bed was comfy oh and the couch is great for an afternoon nap as well. Love the extra security of people having to know the code to get into the building.

Great diggs, but that being said-all I did there really was sleep there. At festival most of the time.

I love everything about Davidson and Cathy’s cottage. It is always a lovely stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us!

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

We ended getting there about an hour before schedule and Terry said we come earlier! Honestly we can’t wait to go back, house honestly felt just like home, we did not bring any of our pets but I love the whole pet friendly vibes, we will definitely be back as we have family here. Since this was my first BNB experience I was a little skeptical of the process, but it was seamless. We arrived earlier than expected so I contacted Jeremy and he was very accommodating giving us early access. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of cookware to use if you wanted. The only thing that was missing was not having a kitchen table for any meals or snacks. The house was clean and we felt at home which is exactly what we were looking for.

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

Spotless house! Large, fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The house had everything we needed to get through the week and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Just as shown on listing. Older home in quiet older neighborhood. Nice that all bedrooms have smart televisions. Very comfortable beds.

Perfect spot between Boone and banner elk. Great for a couple who is got a lot of activities planned.

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Again thank you for allowing us to check in early and your speedy response. Tim

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

Absolutely a great stay! Everything was as described and I would definitely want to stay here if in the area again.
