The location was a little out of the way, but once you got there it was awesome. So peaceful with a creek running through the property. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit. House was cozy and clean. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful mini family vacation here. The view from the porches was absolutely beautiful and the location was extremely convenient. The house was spacious and had what we needed. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.

The house was perfect, just as described in the listing! Derek reached out several times to see if we needed anything or had any questions. There was more than enough room for all five of us. There was a Keurig which was a wonderful surprise! We had an awesome week and would definitely stay at Derek's again!

We had an amazing time at Andrea’s cottage. It was beautiful, extremely clean and supplied with basics plus loads of extras. The private porch in the back with a view of the woods is a wonderful soot for coffee, a glass of wine or using the hot tub. The cottage is also only a few minutes from all Asheville has to offer. The neighborhood is very nice and safe as well. Would definitely stay again!

Don and Renie are top notch hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect-snacks, drinks, comfortable mattresses, ample towels, games, and even a frozen pizza in the fridge! Their mountaintop rental has a beautiful view of WCU campus with comfortable outdoor spaces for soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Don has excellent local recommendations and is a great source of information regarding Western Carolina University. We felt so incredibly welcome! We’ll be back!

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

Loved my stay at Jennifer’s place! Even nicer than the photos. Jennifer was wonderful to communicate with and super helpful.

The apartment was clean and charming. It had all that was needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, so we slept well, which we appreciated after full days. Kaitlin was very quick to answer any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay, it is a great location between UNCA and downtown, a short drive to each. Spacious living room area was great for hanging out. They had all the amenities needed! Comfortable beds! Having our own parking spot was great too! Hosts were responsive and eager to assist if needed.

Lovely home away from home. The location was perfect as we came to meet our brand new, very first grandchild. Close to them, close to shopping and restaurants. Very neat and clean. Lots of space, highly recommend.

Eric was a wonderful host. Directions were very clear and understanding. Although the thermostat is split , Eric was very understanding an adjusted as needed. Great location and get away spot for couples. Very quiet and secured . We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay. We loved contributing to the economy in the recovery efforts of your charming city. Home met all of our needs. Very well appointed and comfortable. Easy to find. Lot of great things to do today close by.

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..

Great space! Very CLEAN. Beautiful location. Adam was very responsive to questions. Home is private and picturesque yet a short drive to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The home WiFi uses older encryption (TKIP) but I was able to use my cellphone as a hotspot for school/work. Personal devices connected to the WiFi fine. Both AT&T and Verizon cellular networks have strong signal here. This was minor and did not deter from our enjoyment of the residence or the trip itself. We had a wonderful time, and would return.

We had an excellent and very relaxing stay, it was a birthday surprise for my husband, he was excited and very happy, the Cypress villa is very beautiful and the mountain views are excellent, waking up with the view of the mountains and the clouds in the sky is the most relaxing, and Julie is an excellent host she was always very attentive to all the details and answered all my questions very quickly, I definitely highly recommend this villa
