Welcome to Bunker Hill Farm est 1840 My quaint building is 538sq ft. It used to be the old detached kitchen situated behind my farmhouse from the 1840s. This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, chickens, and a Miniature Donkey. *Please pet the animals at your own risk* Pets are allowed without restrictions on breed Please enjoy the miles of walking trails behind the cottage.

2BR Hen and Hound Cottage is located just outside Orange, VA and has a private fenced yard for pets and walk-in access to adjacent James Madison's Montpelier and its many walking trails. In addition, we are minutes away from all of the popular wedding venues in Orange and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. Our house on Whistle Stop Farm (so named for the train that passes by) is next to the cottage if you need us. Otherwise, the place is yours. Come enjoy some time in country!

Our Pond House is on the shore of one of the most beautiful ponds you can imagine, in the center of our 600 acre farm. Great for young families. Fishing, swimming hole, trails, horses, cows, wildlife, rope swings, hot tub, Game Barn, peace & quiet. A number of state citation bass have been caught and released from the pond, and the cane-pole fishing is great as well. 35 min. to Monticello, 15 min. to Montpelier; 6 wineries; Great restaurants.

Time for a quiet retreat to the country. Summer is here! Good time to hit the hiking trails. Here's a totally modern cottage for up to four people for whom camping and even our Hayloft Cottage may seem a bit too rustic. The back door opens up to a porch and a spacious 1.5 acres of fenced-in area (shared with Hayloft dog owners and our mutts), perfect for your four-footed friends (dogs only; limit 2).
