Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Lake Päijänne

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Lake View Villa with our family. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect short getaway to relax and reconnect. Highly recommended for families looking for a scenic and serene retreat.

Viikonloppureissu mökillä, maaseudun rauhassa. Rauhallista oli ja luonto lähellä. Olisi voinut käydä Messilässäkin laskemassa, kun oli sen verran lähellä rinteet, mutta jospa seuraavalla kerralla. Oli oikein mukavaa majoittua täällä, kaikki toimi odotetusti ja mökin kuvaus paikkansapitävä. Viesteihin tuli nopeasti vastaus! Viihdyttiin tosi hyvin.

Book it! This place is incredible! From the responsiveness of Tina, through to the absolute serenity and beauty of the surrounding area plus the stylish, no expense-spared, very new and modern cabin itself. We (family of 4, including 2 in mid-late teens) had a wonderful time, relaxing in nature, walking on a frozen lake, cooking on the grill and in the very well-stocked kitchen. You definitely need a car to get there, but once there can forget everything and properly relax. We’d certainly come back. It’d be fascinating to experience in summer as well as winter.

Kohde vastasi täysin ilmoitettua ja enemmänkin. Viihtyisä mökki, pihamaa ja pikkumökki. Hyvin tilaa usealle yöpyjälle eikä silti tullut ahdasta. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja isäntä oli ystävällinen ja avulias.

Lea is a lovely host - very welcoming, warm, friendly, accomodating, easygoing and flexible. I had no issues whatsoever with her or my stay in her house. The house and her property by the lake is just gorgeus, the view is so calming and beautiful to look at. She takes great care of her garden too. I found the house having a very peaceful energy to it, I felt very relaxed there. The only slight downside for me personally was the double bed itself in the bedroom I stayed in. The mattress felt as it had seen it's better days, didn't feel quite firm enough for me, but then again this might not be an issue to other guests at all. I personally happen to have certain back issues and a good bed is something that's very important to me (I had forgotten to ask about the bed prior to my trip). I spoke to Lea about it after my first night and she was just wonderful with the whole thing as with everything else - didn't get triggered or provoked at all. She offered one of the other rooms to me as the single beds are firmer and that I could pretty much choose freely what ever works for me best as I was the only guest in the house during my stay. I found her to be very easygoing and just lovely in every way. I had some very nice conversations with Lea as well and we shared some great laughs too. She was also very kind to me, for example when it rained hard upon my arrival and my only shoes had gone soaking wet, she offered to dry them in the sauna for the next day. Also on another day when it kept raining, she offered me her own rain coat and rain boots so that I wouldn't get wet as I was taking part in the music festival as a singer and getting sick would have been very unfortunate. She also allowed me to practise freely in the house. Brewing a cup of coffee in the morning and the use of basic condiments such as salt and pepper while cooking in the kitchen was also included in the price. I am very pleased with my stay at Lea's beautiful home. She was a superb, fun host and seemed like a wonderful humanbeing overall. I felt great in her house and have no complaints about her whatsoever.

Nous avons passé un séjour très relaxant dans cette maison en pleine nature. Le logement était très bien équipé et bien rangé. L’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez passer un séjour au calme dans la nature finlandaise, car il n’y a pas de voisins. Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et accueillants. Petit coup de cœur pour le sauna au feu de bois situé dans une dépendance de la maison, qui était très spacieux.

Kiva talo rauhallisella paikalla. Paljon tilaa pysäköidä. Puulämmitteinen sauna ja hyvät saunatilat. Omistajan kanssa oli helppo ja mukava asioida.

Oikein sopiva mökki muutamalle ihmiselle kauniilla rauhallisella paikalla järven rannalla, kuitenkin lähellä Kouvolan palveluita. Keittiössä ei ollut uunia, mutta tämän onneksi bongasimme etukäteen Google-arvioista niin osasimme muuttaa ruokalistaa sen mukaisesti. Polttopuut melko isoja ja grilli vaati hiilien hankinnan, mutta muuten kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja toimi. Oikein mukavat ja avuliaat omistajat, jotka auttoivat nopeasti tarvittaessa :)

Tuttu kohde viime vuodelta. Kaikki edelleen kohdallaan, hyvä sijainti.

Siisti, tilava ja viihtyisä mökki. Ystävällinen majoittaja ja kaikki toimi mainiosti. Mahtava poreallas. Suosittelen.

Juha, is very flexible and friendly. Everything went as expected and the location very comfortable. The Sauna was fantastic and there were convenience stores close to the location.

Asunto oli viehättävä ja sopiva pidempäänkin oleskeluun. Kaunis vehreä alue lähellä järven rantaa, kahviota ja Majakka ravintolaa. Vanhan ajan tunnelmaa. Kaikki sujui mutkattomasti. Susanna oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen.

Asunto toimi mainiosti isommallekkin porukalla. Iso plussa useasta peilistä!

Todella hyvä majoitus. Kodikas kaunis koti, jossa kauniisti pedatut vuoteet ja jopa vessapaperirullassa hieno taitos. Tulen uudestaan ja suosittelen lämpimästi. Kiitoksin-Jaana -

Asunto oli juuri sopiva neljälle henkilölle yöpymiseen ja illanviettoon. Hyvät ja selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen ja majoittumiseen. Tarjolla paljon puuhaa ja ajanvietettä (mm. leluja ja pelejä) myös lapsiperheelle. Asunnossa kattava vinkkikansio Hämeenlinnan alueeseen tutustumiseen. Lämmin suositus!

Hemos estado en Lahti con mi marido y mis hijas (7 y 9 años) para participar en la Finlandia Hiihto. Para nosotros era importante estar cerca del Ski Center y así fue! Salir de casa con las botas puestas era un privilegio y poder dar un paseo por el lago solo al cruzar la calle, un plus. En su momento valoré otras opciones más económicas, pero ahora veo que ha sido un acierto. Petteri muy amable en todo momento y nos ha dado todas las facilidades tanto para la llegada como para la salida. Sin duda, repetiriamos!!!

Rauhallinen paikka viettää isommallakin porukalla aikaa. Isommalla porukalla kaksi wc:tä olisi toivottavaa, nyt mökissä vain yksi wc. Rantasauna oli 5/5. Ihana paikka, jo toista kertaa vuokrattiin viikonlopuksi.

Muutaman yön vierailu sujui Vääksyssä 10/ 10. Majoitus oli juuri sitä mitä esitteessä luvattiin, ellei jopa ripauksen parempi. Saunaaa, poreallasta vilpolaa yms. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä kohdetta. Voisin kuvitella, että kesällä pari yötä tässä kohteessa saattaa jopa jäädä liian lyhyeksi visiitiksi.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche Anfang März 2025 in der Villa von Tero. Die Villa an sich ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, besonders die holzbefeuerte Sauna und der Whirlpool auf der sehr großen Terrasse gefielen uns. Da wir mit insgesamt sechs Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern in dem Haus wohnten und wir jahreszeitbedingt sehr viel Gepäck dabei hatten (Winterkleidung etc.) hätten wir uns mehr Stauraum gewünscht. In Sysmä (ca.20 km. entfernt) bekommt man so ziemlich alles was man braucht. Tero war bei Fragen und Wünschen, sowohl im Vorfeld der Reise, als auch während wir im Haus waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles im Allen eine tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Hieno mielenkiintoisia yksityiskohtia sisältävä hirsirakennus. Tilaa on paljon ja paikkana mainio esimerkiksi syntymäpäivien viettoon. Aktiivinen kommunikointi vuokraajan kanssa. Autoja mahtuu hyvin pihaan, eikä ympärillä olevien mökkien asukkaat näy. ⚜️ Viihdyin hyvin! ⚜️

That was one the best Airbnb experience among my around 30 bookings. The house was great, very comfortable and located in really quiet and peaceful place. And Vincent was a super-friendly, attentive and courteous host with strong support every minute! Thank you very much! My best recommendation, definitely!

Vietimme mukavan hiihtoloman viihtyisässä Villa Kortteessa! Luistelimme jäällä ja rentouduimme saunassa ja porealtaassa, paistoimme makkaraa takassa. Siistiä ja kaunista, ympärillä ihana luonto, Spa-osasto luxusta! Kiitos !

Super séjour chez Liina. La maison est exceptionnelle, l’emplacement au bord du lac et la vue de la maison est époustouflante. Elle a tout pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi et parfaite avec des enfants (trampoline, canoë, bateau…) Liina est adorable et nous a partagé pleins d’informations sur les choses à faire aux environs. Nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir ! Morgane
