Dog-Friendly Modern Cabin Near Beach

Black Aspen Green: Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (6-8 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2026) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

The Beach House One minute walk to beach!

This charming timber-frame beach house offers a cozy, escape just a 1-minute walk to lake and sandy beach. It features a quaint living area, two loft-style bedrooms accessed by ship’s ladders, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for relaxed, easy stays. Step outside and you’re right beside a beautiful 10-acre provincial park, boardwalk, dog-friendly beach, tennis courts, playground, and open green space. This is a place to slow down, recharge and feel at home.

Spacious Lake Escape - Sleeps 10

Bright & spacious home perfect for families or larger groups! This 2000 square foot home situated on a double lot offers expansive space for entertaining both inside and out! There is parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. Well behaved dogs allowed, $50 pet fee per stay Minimum 4-night rental during July-August and Jan-March. Monthly rates available during fall/spring seasons; inquire for details. Double heated garage $50/night in fall/winter; inquire when booking.

Minnewanka

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

This brand new cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family adventure and being only a short walk to the lake, or a 10 minute drive to Gimli, there's no shortage of places to explore. This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

The loft is open air and has 2 beds accessible by ladder. This cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people who are out for a weekend get-away, hunting or fishing. The cottage has a wood burning stove and in-suite laundry.
