Close to the climbing tracks and only a five minute drive to Leonidio.The property backs onto our newly planted olive grove and has its own parking.It has separate bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε αυτό τον γαλήνιο χώρο στο κέντρο του νησιού! Το διαμέρισμα μας απέχει μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια, από το κεντρικό λιμάνι. Είναι ένας χώρος με θέα την κεντρική παραλία του Αγίου Μάμμα, κατάλληλος να φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια και ολιγομελής οικογένειες. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
