During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. ¡Bienvenidos a mi piso! Un espacio acogedor ideal para aquellos que buscan un lugar cómodo y práctico para alojarse. El piso cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada y un baño, lo que lo hace perfecto para aquellos que desean cocinar y tener privacidad. Además, el piso cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción, lo que asegura una estancia cómoda en cualquier época del año. Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado; es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que está prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. El piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente; cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min. Es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo, el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.

América, Cartagena y Prosperidad. A 15 min del aeropuerto y a 5 min de la terminal de buses nacional. Estadio Bernabeu cercano. Cómodo apartamento con cuatro estancias: salón, dos habitaciones y baño, todas ellas con ventanales que dan luz natural (la mayoría de los apartamentos del barrio son bajos o interiores con menor luz y paso de peatones).
