Thank you for the stay, lovely home in the perfect location, just off Mill Road with a variety of choices. They were kind to allow an early checkin and communication was lovely, responding to any enquiries needed. Thank again for a wonderful stay and a chance to wind down in Cambridge.

Teresa was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is small but Teresa has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Nice surprise to have a great continental breakfast. Also good to have a Miller and Carter restaurant opposite. Good wi-fi. Quiet. Would definitely recommend this studio flat. Location is good for access to Ipswich and A12/A14. Teresa is definitely a superhost.

We had a lovely stay here and used it as a base to go into Cambridge, would recommend to anyone, Igor gave clear instructions on getting to the property

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

We enjoyed our second stay at David's property. As before the property was clean, bright and airy. The area is lovely and quiet, and a good base for exploring the beautiful towns and villages of Essex. Worth a visit is the Beth Chatto Garden about an hour away, and the Alfred Munnings Museum near Dedham. The property is also a great place to stay if you are attending an event in the area. David was a very pleasant host. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back again for sure. Thanks.

Great location and parking for the airport. Warm and comfortable. Quiet and perfect to get a good rest before an early start. One of the best hosts ever at communication and went above and beyond to help out including booking a taxi when he couldn’t do the transfer and reducing the parking accordingly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christine’s! Super easy to get an Uber in to the city centre or a park and ride only a few minutes away! A great space and fab value for money! Thank you Christine!

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

Julia could not have been more accommodating and flexible. She went over and above to not only make us feel extremely welcome but to assist us with any requests we made throughout our stay. The cottage is wonderful - it's very well equipped and a really comfy / peaceful place to stay. Before and after a day's work, it was great to be able walk direct from the front door into lovely countryside - a real tonic. David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

A very nice apartment with some lovely practical touches.Commication with the host was excellent and the advice provided was good. It was located a little out of Cambridge city for walking purposes but local transport was fine. Overall it was a very enjoyable couple of days.

What a find, this annexe! Very comfortable indeed! Close to Cambridge and some lovely estates (Anglesey Abbey, Tea Gardens Grantchester, etc). All amenities are provided, the bedroom and walk in dressing are a big size. Very comfortable bed. When the sun is out (and it was) the lovely garden is a great plus! Viv was always ready to help or give information when we needed it. Jams, butter, milk, coffee, tea, drinks etc were all provided. It felt like a home from home. We do hope to come again.

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

Had the most wonderful stay here, our second visit. Joanne was extremely helpful and professional. Property is absolutely immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. Position is perfect, quiet, but close to shops, restaurants and beach. would highly recommend and Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful accommodation 🙂
