Welcome to the Dollhouse! This artsy, unique 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, is a mini art gallery! It is filled with "Charlevoix Artwork" by the owner who is a professional artist. Small, but mighty, it has everything you need including the perfect location! Only 1 block from: Lake Michigan, hiking trails, a public sand dune beach, the Wheel-Way paved bike trail AND, less than 2 miles from downtown Charlevoix! The Dollhouse is surrounded by nature, yet close to downtown shopping and festivals.

This one-of-a-kind stay puts you close to everything in Northport & Leland, while enjoying the natural beauty of our boutique winery. Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .
