Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Edimbourg. La maison est très belle et se situe a côté des arrêts de bus et a 10min à pied du tram. Il est donc Facile de rejoindre le centre. La maison est grande et permet d’accueillir plusieurs personnes ! Petit + qui fait la différence… chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ! L’hôte est très réactif et accueillant ! Merci Guy

We loved staying here, very easy entry but was down stairs in the cellar so was a tad slippy and dark. The room was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Smelt amazing when you walked in and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfy and cozy, very nice and warm room perfect for December in Edinburgh! Bathroom was perfect too and we even had a little side room for our bag and coats off our bedroom which was nice to have things out the way. Great location next to the park and a very easy walk to town/ train station and bus links. Would 100% recommend this place to stay.

Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in Edinburgh. Wij kwamen aan in een prachtig schoon appartement met allemaal een eigen badkamer en heerlijke bedden. De ligging was fantastisch je kijkt uit op Arthur's seat. Je loopt gemakkelijk door het park naar het Holyroodpalace. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Gaan wij nog een keer naar Edinburgh komen wij zeker terug bij Mike. Mike dank je wel voor je goede zorgen

Patrick est très accueillant! Il est heureux de recevoir des visiteurs ce qui nous a permis de bien se sentir pour notre première halte en Ecosse! Il nous a même expliqué de vive-voix toutes petites choses utiles (restaurants, bus, supermarchés…) qui étaient déjà bien indiquées sur une feuille! Il nous a énormément dépanné puisque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture! Il a même joué au guide touristique en attendant le mécanicien! On peut compter sur lui, ce qui est sécurisant lorsque nous arrivons pour une première fois dans un pays inconnu! Je sens tout de même qui laisse l’intimité dont les gens ont besoin également! De notre côté, nous trouvions agréable de rencontrer quelqu’un et d’échanger avec lui! On aurait même souhaité poursuivre notre séjour avec! À peine 48 heures et nous nous sommes attachés à lui! Je vous recommande vivement son magnifique havre! Au plaisir d’y retourner!

Very very beautiful house, a little garden at the back, well furnished, everything well explained in a booklet Nicola left for us. Truly charming interior, we loved it.

Highly recommend a stay with Will and Kate. Lovely apartment with just enough privacy and amenities. They are kind, generous and thoughtful hosts. Nice bed and shower! Perfect proximity for a leisurely walk to Leith in one direction and Stockbridge and Dean Village in the other.

We booked with Emily for the week of our wedding in Edinburgh and would without a doubt return again for future trips. Emily was nothing but accommodating and gracious in her hosting. There are clear instructions upon arrival, well thought out recommendations for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding boroughs, and she was easy to reach if we needed her beyond that. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated to highlight the property's charm and character, and served as a fantastic base for us to rest after long days of exploring the city. We couldn't wait to get back and sink into the comfortable bed each night! We got ready here the morning of our wedding and will cherish it always. The facilities available were fantastic and well maintained, with a well equipped space for cooking, a large comfortable bath and a spacious rainfall shower. We really felt at home for the duration of our stay and say if you're thinking about booking you, you won't be disappointed.

Very clean & comfortable apartment. Very accessible to Edinburgh city centre, buses close by & only 15mins from the airport by taxi/uber. Overall we had a great stay in a very clean & comforatble appartment with all the amenitites we could possibly need! Roy was a great host, very helpful & he checked in with us to ensure all was ok

Very nice experience. The location is perfect, close to the Royal Mile, the Calton hill and Arthur's seat. Sam is a very good host.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. sie liegt in einer Sackgasse, ist also ruhig. Uns hat vor allem die liebevolle und geschmackvolle Ausstattung gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber. es war eine perfekte Woche, die schon mit einer warmen Begrüßung durch Tansie selber startete. Alle Fragen die wir hatten wurden sofort beantwortet. besser geht es kaum. Wirklich eine perfekte Unterkunft die ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte als Paar Gäste in der eigenen oberen Etage. Wir haben uns uneingeschränkt wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und gut eingerichtet mit eigenem Bad und eigenem Balkon. Die Busse in die Innenstadt sind leicht zu erreichen. Unterkunft ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Matthias und Petra

Lovely, quiet location, very close to Hollyrood and Royal Mile. Very comfortable and clean. Great parking spots nearby and the host was wonderful and very responsive. Will definitely recommend.

My husband, son and I had such a wonderful stay at Emma's place! The location was perfect- very close to everything by foot (and probably tram, but we just walked everywhere) but just around the corner from the action so the street was quiet and we all slept well. The house itself is a beautiful and comfortable home with high ceilings and lots of light on the first floor and cozy sleeping on the top. I'm a long time Airbnb host and really appreciate when a home is personal and styled for use, which this is, at the same time being very clean and comfortable. Also- the suggestions that Emma included in the house book were incredibly helpful! We ate at most of the restaurants and had fantastic meals! Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic accommodation. Exactly as described. Clean and tidy, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend break thoroughly. Laurie and Chris really have a wonderful place and we thank them for sharing it with us.

Katrina and David were super friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and whole house clean. Felt like home. Would not hesitate to recommend and would return if ever in this area again.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cet appartement géré par un hôtel, le logement est spacieux, très propre. Si vous voulez cuisiner sachez qu'il est équipé comme un hotel, sans produit de base, sans torchon, sans eponge. Il y a cependant tous les produits pour la douche. Le personnel de l'hotel est reactif et très à l'ecoute. Si on arrive avant ils acceptent de prendre nos bagages en attente. Le service est impeccable.

We absolutely loved this place. We landed in Edinburgh around 7am and the check-in wasn't until 3pm. But the host was super considerate and allowed us to check in early. He even met us there and greeted us with a big smile. He was very thorough about everything - near by restaurants, grocery markets etc. Everytime we ran into any issues, he was quick to respond. Out of all the places we have stayed, this is the first time we got to personally interact with the host which was amazing! The house was pretty much at the perfect spot - a quick walk to the store, near by bus stops, and alot of restaurants. They provided us with alot of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen utensils etc. The place was super clean and peaceful and felt like home. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay with Andrius was great! We were welcomed into his house by the gorgeous cat named Michael just outside the door step (look out for his poster in the kitchen) The directions given by Andrius was easy & he was super helpful, he even helped with parking the car in a tight spot- Yes, there is a parking available near his home. The house itself was nice, clean and cosy, with spacious rooms! The rooms are upstairs and not too hard to climb even with luggage. He gave us access to his kitchen which was very functional, also Andrius kindly helped us with a quick breakfast! He is a wonderful host, is very helpful and we also had good fun conversations with him. Will highly recommend staying at his B&B! Note- Don’t forget to lookout for Michael next time you visit his home! 🐈‍⬛

La maison est extrêmement bien tenue, les instructions claires et faciles et les hôtes prévenants ! Cette maison pleine de charme nous a ravis autant de part son intérieur propre et cozy que sa situation géographique. Nous sommes enchantés d’avoir opté pour le RBNB de Gemma plutôt que d’avoir pris un hôtel impersonnel. De plus les hôtes ont anticipés nos questions avec des instructions claires et précises et étaient aux petits soin pour s’assurer que notre séjour se passait bien. Je recommande ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Het was echt allemaal tip top in orde. Hele fijne bedden en alles super schoon. Er is niet een aparte woonkamer, was voor ons geen probleem. Ook geen keuken, deze was met een kamerscherm afgezet. Perfect voor een bezoek aan de stad!

Our stay at Allwin’s in Gullane was all we imagined and more. It was a beautiful home in a beautiful setting, well furnished and equipped with everything we wanted and needed. We couldn’t have asked for more. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
