The space was absolutely spic and span, with a very comfortable bed and linens. VERY quiet, we slept like the dead 🤣. My wife loved the chic/comfy vibe, and especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. It was an easy, pleasant walk to the waterfront where we had dinner the first night. Just an Fyi to bigger folk: the shower is beautiful but not much bigger than a phone booth (remember those?). I'm 6' and 200lbs and had plenty of room, but if I was 250+ it might have been tight. No shade! Just don't want anyone being adversely surprised! Would definitely stay here again!

Maggie is kind and helpful - also very responsive. Her home is beautiful and clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

could not speak more highly of this listing. the place looked better than the photos, especially the fabulous bathroom. hosts responded within minutes to my messages. impressively - they went above and beyond with stocking the place (there was milk and eggs in the fridge, chocolates left for us, a variety of dinner / cookware, spices, etc). have not seen many airbnbs do that in a while (most provide the bare minimum). location is easily walkable to the main street. we will be returning when we are in next in kingston. thank you andrew and karolina!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as described, lots of space and had everything we needed. The backyard was absolutely amazing to hang out in and we would definately recommend to book this house! Lots of fun places to go to and only 9 min drive from the kingston waterfront. Rory was amazing, great communication and I highly suggest him as a host. Hopefully we can book again in the future!

We loved getting to know the neighbourhood on our walks with our dog. Funky general store below the accommodation. Easy to walk downtown for dinner and meet up with our son at Queens. Quite and comfortable. Great hosts!

I’ll honestly utilize this accommodation every time I’m able, the experience is worth the travel. This was my second stay and I know I’ll probably book a third time… if you enjoy simple and cozy with a touch of outdoors this is for you! Each time felt like home (I live in the “boonies” ) so this was “Home” each time! It’s like a boogie cabin but also a home!! the rooster loves saying hi in the mornings too he’ll be sure to let you know you’re safe! (Haha)

I stayed one night while passing through town and it was the perfect place! It was cozy and spacious. Towels, extra blankets and Netflix’s was all provided and it was a great location with accessible DoorDash and cheap Ubers! Host was very friendly and responsive, definitely would stay at one of their properties again.

We were visiting family in the area and loved the private property and spacious home. The house was very clean, and our kids loved playing outside in the yard with their cousins. The long driveway was great for the kids to ride their bikes and go on nature walks. We enjoyed a couple campfires out back, and played yard games during the day.

I always look forward to my stays at Erik and Lise Anne’s. they are always very gracious and helpful. Response time for issues is great. Donna, the co host, is magnificent and so kind. The kind of place that makes you feel like your home away from home. Will return many times!

The location was great and the house was really nice. Beautiful backyard with a nice dock to see some great views of the mainland. It was a bit too cold to spend much time outdoors, but very quiet and peaceful. Firepit was great. The house was much bigger than it seemed in the photos. We were able to fit our 10 family members (including 2 kids + a dog) very comfortably! Prince was very responsive, friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend this listing!

Our stay here in Quinte was FANTASTIC!!!! The place looks as exactly as shown in the pictures. The entire space was spotless (very clean). The hot tub was a great touch, clean and worked properly. The beds were super comfortable and we had some the best sleep we've had in a long time. All TV's, wifi, and appliances worked properly. It was a very peaceful neighborhood and perfect for taking a walk for a lil exercise. The host was very responsive and provided great instructions. When we retun to Quinte we will most certainly book this place again.

5 stars – Wonderful stay! Sarah's house was excellent! She was incredibly easy to communicate with and very accommodating throughout our stay. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. There were several thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
