Dieses 120 m² große Ferienhaus besteht im Erdgeschoss aus einem schönen Wohnzimmer mit Steinmauer für eine authentische Atmosphäre, darunter ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher (Chromecast und Play Station 4) und Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kochfeld, Heißluftofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Zitruspresse, Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Dampfgarer, Rührbesen), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC und eine Pantry-Waschküche. Im Obergeschoss ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 160*200-Bett und einem 90-cm-Bett, in dem ein Kinderbett untergebracht werden kann, sowie ein Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderschrank, ein großes Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss mit einem 160*200-Bett, ein Einzelbett auch für ein Kind und Kleiderschrank, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und Kommode, die als Wickelkommode genutzt werden kann. Draußen finden Sie einen teilweise eingezäunten Garten mit Bäumen, eine schattige Terrasse, auf der Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen können, und einen privaten Parkplatz. Die Gartenmöbel stehen Ihnen für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien sowie Grill, Liegestühle und Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Der Swimmingpool von 10 x 5 m befindet sich vor der Gîte, aber durch eine Hecke aus Haselnussbäumen getrennt, auf einem grasbewachsenen und bewaldeten Grundstück mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen.
