Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. small cottage furnished in a simple, neat and clean, suitable for those who want a stay in a natural and quiet place and wants to get away from the busy world of these times.  It is located in a garden with the most beautiful sea view overlooking the historic center and the other 5 terre with citrus-fruit trees, lemon trees overlook the living room windows. It is located 70 meters above sea level, 700 meters of walking path to get to the historic center and the train station.

The apartment, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. The kitchen is habitable and equipped for any necessity. Private parking available by request.

Rent a nice apartment in Monterosso al Mare, Cinque Terre, province of La Spezia. The "Seagull" apartment is organized for me and my brother and their respective families, so it is nice, cheerful, simple; there are many windows, it is very ventilated as it covers three sides of the building. My mother prefers to rent it to quiet couples, but it is really organized for four people: three people, couple and child or friend, it is an optimal accommodation.

The house is not accessible by car, parking on the street is public and free, there are 250 mt walk to do on the path. Ideal place to rejuvenate body and soul!
