L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Located near the main church in the centre of town in the Historic area. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, antique shops, ice cream places, bakeries, wine shops, street market on Sats and etc. The pied-à-terre has its quirkinesses: possibly dated back from the 17th century. 20 min from the beach. 40 min from Montpelier airport. Near Bezier, Montpelier, Carcassonne… and many others. PS: it is on the fourth floor, no lift
